Are you up multiple times a night with your child? Do you have to stay with your child until they fall asleep? Does your child wake you at the crack of dawn each morning? Do you long for structure and rest built into your days as a parent?

Whether you have an infant, toddler, preschool, or school-aged child, I am an expert in a range of effective methods we can tailor to your family's needs. Whether you need help improving the sleep of your little one or implementing rhythms and routines to create order in your day, I would love to come alongside of you to bring about a more restful home!

TWO-WEEK SLEEP CONSULTATION: $495

If you are wrestling through issues surrounding sleep and are wanting support to bring about change for your family, this is for you! In my two-week sleep consultation, I work with you one on one for two full weeks to get your child falling asleep on their own at bedtime and sleeping soundly through the night (or if an infant, waking only for feedings.)

 

In this consultation, I work with the whole spectrum of ages, from newborns, six weeks old, all the way through school-aged children. Working on improving healthy sleep patterns can be exhausting when done on your own and many often bounce from method to method or quickly give up after a couple tries. But with a clarified, spelled out plan and one-to-one support through the whole process, you will feel encouraged, guided and confident every step of the way! It will be the accountability needed to remain consistent, which is key to success.

How It Works

1    |    Discovery call

Start by scheduling a complimentary discovery call. I’d love the opportunity to connect with you, hear about your goals, and explore what working together could look like.

2    |    Sleep questionnaire

Once you hire me, I'll have you to fill out a detailed sleep questionnaire to help me get to know your little one's sleep habits better.

3    |    Comprehensive sleep plan

 I’ll craft a customized sleep plan tailored to your unique child and situation. This plan will be your roadmap to success!

4    |    Consultation call

In this call we review the sleep plan in entirety and answer any questions you have. This call is always the day before you start implementing the plan, so you’ll feel confident and ready to begin.

5    |    Two weeks of support

Throughout the two-week process, you’ll have 1:1 text support directly with me. I’ll be there to cheer you on, troubleshoot things, and ensure you’re making progress toward your sleep goals. At the end of our two weeks, we will have a wrap up call to answer questions and finish out our time working together.

DAYTIME RHYTHMS CONSULTATION: $150

Children are a blessing! Some seasons we can get thrown off course in this mindset if we feel as if we are battling through the day with our children and have no time for ourselves or the daily tasks to keep our home clean. Over time, we want to grow our children's independence and teach them the part they play in the bigger picture of the family. Rhythms create peace in the home and help children know what to expect in the day. I would love to assist you to create a daily routine that’s right for your family to help you all thrive. You will fill out a questionnaire to provide more details on what your day to day looks like and then we will have a 60-minute consultation call to talk through solutions, with an optional 30-minute follow up call for $75 if you want additional support. Depending on your goals, topics we may discuss are:

  • Implementing a "rest time" when nap is dropped 

  • Simplification in your home 

  • Independent play and "room time"

  • Balancing work, rest and play 

  • Organization of your daily and weekly tasks 

  • Homeschool rhythms​​​​​

CALL: $75

This is a 30-minute phone call to discuss any sleep related questions you might have. This is for parents who already have children with established healthy sleep patterns but might be experiencing a hiccup or something out of the ordinary and want to troubleshoot how to handle it. Some examples of topics discussed in this call are:

  • Crib to bed transition 

  • Dropping a nap

  • Adapting when traveling

  • Handling a sleep regression

  • Adjusting back after sickness

  • Fear at bedtime
